I would like to comment on the article Go beyond the discomfort and get back to selling life insurance in the February 2014 issue of The Insurance and Investment Journal magazine – long my favorite for AGENTS !Like Jim Ruta who is featured in the article, I’m an AGENT of the old school.
The title for us AGENTS was changed a while ago to Advisor; I disagreed with the change then and still do. I am an Agent, and proud of that.
And, the strongest base for a full financial plan is now, and always will be Life insurance, as Jim emphasized in this article.
Oftentimes it is difficult to convince people of that reality, and the reality is... life isn’t permanent, let’s be sure your insurance is. It’s the same situation for good health.
Thanks for the dose of reality Jim, and “old fashioned values” common sense.
