Sun Life Financial has announced that it has expanded its musical instrument lending library program to the Kitchener-Waterloo region. Through this program, anyone with a valid Kitchener Public Library card will have the opportunity to borrow a variety of musical instruments free of charge, stated the company in an announcement July 10.
Sun Life will be donating 150 instruments and accessories to the library, including, guitars, ukuleles, violins, drums and portable keyboards and has created a series of seven short videos to assist individuals with the use, care and enjoyment of the instruments.
